I need a flight GRU/BUE so have the option of AR or GOL. Reading the reviews I decided the worst of the 2 evil's would be GOL and tried to register with them. My date of birth 22/02/1970 was classed as incorrect (several times) so I entered 01/01/1970 thinking I could change it later.....no chance, I have to call. Not speaking Portuguese I contacted their customer services via the contact form on the website (with the help of Google translate)....nothing, Facebook message......nothing, remark on the community page on Facebook page...nothing.

Am I wasting my time? Are AR about the same/better/worse, or should I just book GOL with an online agent.
