HIX especially if not ancient (like some are in the US). In Asia many are newer properties and do the job just fine sometimes rivalling plain vanilla HIs. Only noise insulation can be poor in some of the ones I stayed at, e.g. in Indonesia, Thailand, HKG, etc.
