I haven't had the pleasure of trying the CW flat bed (but had the heavenly pleasure of YVR-LHR-BKK-SYD and back in FC) seats but my sister and b-i-l just did LHR-BKK in flat beds but took cradle seats back based on their outbound experience. Part of the reason was that the bed seats felt cramped and was too hard and bumpy to be comfortable for sleeping. The flapping dividers were also a distraction.

We were due to leave on the Sat. morning flight and decided that we enjoyed the place so much that we took the late evening flight out later that day. It wasn't a sleeper seat but it felt more spacious and the seat was more comfortable but it was a fairly full flight and the food is really dreadful and so was the raid the larder snacks. Besides that it was a comfortable joourney home.
