For AMEX MR, use ANA, KrisFlyer, Aeroplan or Avianca I suppose. I personally only use ANA. But it's a bit hard to find availability so I end up paying for the flights most of the time... Chase UR seems to have KrisFlyer and United, with probably some taxes to pay when transferring to United (US carrier).
