Amen. I shouldn't have to make multiple clicks on each property just to compare rates. If orbitz can provide a rate matrix, spg.com can be programmed to do the same. Also:

(1) Elite benefits (but not points) for priceline stays, like Hyatt and Marriott do.

(2) Provide points and elite benefits for stays booked through online travel agents (non-opaque) such as travelocity, orbitz and expedia (only fair as rates are often higher than spg.com)

(3) Meaningful elite benefits such as free health club access, free h/s internet, etc. (as upgrades are often n/a)

(4) Stop targetted promos - make them available to everyone. After all, the purpose of the promo is to drive more business.
