I would really, really like to get to Toronto that night. Air Canada has a flight at 8:35pm. Which *sounds* ok -- but I figure transatlantic flights are mostly going to be an hour late or so, and then I have to change to terminal B and, I assume, go through US immigration *and* security again, right? So to me that sounds very tight. Porter has a flight at 7:55pm, and it seems like that might actually better because it'll be Terminal E, which should mean I don't have to do security again or immigration (right?). But it's still very tight if the plane is at all late. So, which do you think would be a better bet? Also if I could get Air Canada on the phone (no luck so far), would there be any way to get them to link a new BOS-YYZ ticket to the old Lufthansa ones, since they're partners, and be protected?? Thanks for any info/advice!
US airports are generally not setup for quick connections off international flights. Your going to have to pass through US customs and immigration exit landside then go through US security again with either Porter or AC.

Air Canada has its own gate area (not shared with any other airline) in Terminal B that may be a bit better. There is also a bus ride between the two terminals your going to have to do.
