Is BA being too tight?

From the Menu
Noticed this whilst flying today. 1p to Flying Start for a £2.50 coffee. Shouldn't it be 5p or even 10p?

Surely it cannot cost more the 50p to provide a cup, coffee bag, and milk sachets.

Is BA being too tight here? I would be embarrassed to write that I donate 0.4% from a product I am selling.
