I got caught in MSP due to snow this past winter. They finally cancelled my flight and I winced when I saw the line to an assistance counter. Before I had to deal with all of that, I had been rebooked on the second flight out the next day with my upgrade to FC still intact. To make it even better, I found a nearby Fairfield Inn at a quite reasonable price.
