That clears up what I seeing on a T2 ICN airport map.
My confusion was having flown out of HKG on KE into ICN then taking DL to ATL, my impression was that there was a lot of walking from the arrival gate to the abrupt turn to the right into a line for those flying DL to the USA then probably security and on to what I think was the East lounge.
In terms of choice of lounge, remember that on the outbound only the west is open at 4 am (DL arrival) and east does not open until 6 am.
