The drinking bit is already a reality on some normal (none City Hopper) European flights. The same happened with LH but at least (in my experience) their cabin crew had the common decency to be a little bit embarassed about the whole thing. I'm sure it must go something along the lines of "so how do we **** up our business today followed by "I know, lets be just like Easyjet accept we'll offer worse service and charge more for it".
