I went through a booking and was charged $27 for a checked bag, but my session timed out before I completed payment.
A few minutes later I went back to create the same exact booking, but then the checked bags were $24 each.

Why would the bag price drop $3 in a few minutes? Does F9 experiment with random bag prices?
