there is a difference between sharing vs not sharing and being loosy goosy with the facts. If I called Amex and asked when my payment was due and they made something up, that's a problem.
Theres no evidence to suggest anybody made something up. There was nothing to be gained by doing so. Misinformed? Maybe. Or a delay can be caused by multiple factors, even if only one can be chosen as the primary cause for BTS reporting purposes.
