Indeed, thatīs annoying. I would fully understand if I take lobster with caviar isted of mushroom risotto but not in this case. Was also one of the reasons I didnīt visit Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence. First itl looks like itīs a bling bling hut which is not my cup of tea. Also when I had a look on the menu only very few dishes were without meat. Even if I had ate a la carte it would come around 400,00 € per person. The tastings are with 275 or 285 expensive and I read they Claim 20,00 € per change. With 7 courses.....
