How do I change FFP number on non-016 award ticket?
Issued an award on UA using AV Lifemiles from EWR to IAH. Just wondering if it's possible to change the FFP number on the booking (currently it shows my Lifemiles number)? UA website won't let me do it and call centre agent couldn't help either. The reason I wanted to do this is because I have UA Premier status and what allows me free E+ seats.
