Ok I was getting by because I never pushed the 60 days before.
The only reason I applied ( early for me) was to try to push 2 apps in before the 5/15 mailers expired
The Wiki says count the denied application, it doesn't say anything about waiting 60 days
I guess I have to try again on 7/14 unless we get more mailers, nothing to lose
