I hope you make it, you're currently 34 minutes short of the minimum connection time required. Hopefully BA make it work for you.

If you don't make the connection then your bags will be pulled from the flight and will wait at LHR. If/when you're rebooked they'll be transferred to your new flight - or eventually sent to CPT if you bypass LHR.
