Talking about bad air conditioning, I was on a Jetsgo MD80 last week and the cabin was 40C when everyone boarded. The captain didn't turn on the AC until after take off and the 150 passengers weren't very comfortable. As soon as we took off, the captain blasted off the AC and I could see literally "waterfall" type of cold air flowing down from the ventilation system. Within minutes, the whole cabin was freezing and everyone complained. It took them another hour before they get the right temperature.
