Because I often sense an attittude of "Microsoft is the best company in the world". Don't get me wrong, I'm a real supporter of their products, but every now and then they screw up massively. In my opinion SP2 is one of them. They have just crammed way too much into it.
I have a fairly normal machine, normal hardware and I run into problems, so I'm looking forward to seeing what will happen when it's pushed out on automatic update next week to every XP user in the world...
