+1. Since pretty much the whole point of an airline is to get me somewhere, and Delta does that 99/100 with minimal drama, they have earned my loyalty. I've had a bad run of late flights once in a while, but when there is an option to get me home, say to ORF instead of PHF, DL just says "sure."
