Not according to the T&C I quoted above. It states that this card is available if you have not received a new cardmember bonus on this card in the last 24 months.
Maybe... It does not exactly say you can
have both cards. There are often other rules you can not see. Nor can you see their "understanding" of the statement you referred to.
