my interpretation of that is that you need to be travelling on a BA flight number to access the BA lounge at SIN otherwise it’s only Tabua Plus members that can access the BA Lounge on a FJ flight number. The double asterisk appears to state that BAEC members flying FJ in Business on a FJ marketed flight can only access the Dnata lounge...
