Have the same exp like several posters above that the system does not recognize the SSN. Then the "hold for available agent" takes forever so I hang up. Then I called a different number (ending at 2961) which immediately got me a US-based agent who was able to send a code thru the landline on the application form while we were talking on a cell phone. Approved without any further question but a few Ks lower on the CL than the previous card which I have forgotten to lower the line - figure it is the only open card at the moment should not be a big deal... The currently approved CL is more than adequate to meet the MSR so not an issue.
Still no new personal mailer.
