Just checked in. Few initial thoughts:

- location is solid, super convenient to South Island Line which gets you right to admiralty
- modern, clean design throughout the hotel
- club room is small: no desk
- many f&b options it seems
- price is fair
- minibar is not stock with alcohol (ugh)
- pool seems designed for families
- so far i haven't seen too many people but it's also a wednesday
