Premium snacks is just the snack basket. You do get warm (assuming they wamr them up) nuts prior to the meal.

You should get an e-mail asking you to preselect your meal about 72 hours prior to the flight. If you do not get one send the Twitter team a note or call in.

New menu started 6-1-19 and haven't seen any updated reports but most likely one chicken, one beef, a seafood and a vegetarian pasta option is what will be offered for dinner. Breakfast will probably be a choice of some type of egg dish or oatmeal/cereal/granola.
