Just a quick question for which I can’t find a definitive answer in various threads:
I know the advantages of using the US call centre for AMEX 2-for-1 returns, but for an outbound booking, is one likely to be more successful in securing a popular redemption seat at T-355 online or via call centre?
I imagine call centre because the operator can block the seat before payment, but worry they are more likely to mess things up than me online?
