I met the $1k spend (without including the annual fee) but didn't get the 65k bonus miles on my first statement even though I did get the 10k employee card bonus. Never had the card before (though I do have a personal Aviator). Anyone know how long it takes? On the personal Aviator, I think you have to wait for one statement afterboaying the annual fee.
