Given it gives fast track and lounge access already, I strongly doubt priority boarding limitations will push many to pay the difference. Add to that, that SK in general don't have issues selling the plus and bizz seats, I doubt the limitations are there as a money maker for SK. It's simply the same limitations as on lounge access.
