It's not quite fraud and deceit, is it? At the end of the day, someone has paid for Ambassador membership, someone has had a free weekend night and InterCon has had the revenue from that other weekend night. InterCon is no better or worse off than it would be if the voucher was used by its original owner, in the same way it is no worse off if the bonus PC points go into a different account.
