I don't expect anything. I simply commented that the one time I flew to LHR ex CPT the lounge was nearly full to capacity and that we had no choice but to sit on fairly uncomfortable seats in a busy passage way to the bathrooms. The same thing quite often happens in LHR, as it happens.

The international lounge at CPT is separate from the Comair lounge, which is actually quite nice with a view over the apron. No windows in international.

As always, however, the standard of service in SA is far superior to the UK. But that's not a BA phenomenon, just a cultural difference.
