All this in a span of 4-5 days I iirc. I made the original booking on 5/30. Did not get any calls from payment department until 6/1. I called them check on that on 5/31and 6/1. Every time I called them, they said someone will call back. Nobody did. So I called again on 6/2 and they said the booking has expired. I called them again on 6/3 to have them create a new booking and also had a spanish speaking friend sit alongside to possibly talk to the spanish speaking payment person but they wouldn't let us do that. Kind of getting frustrated and nervous because I need to make other bookings (hotels/rental cars/etc).
