Candooz voucher
Hi
I redeemed some MM points for GAP and Amazon vouchers last week. On redeeming I immediately got a confirmation email with order number. I understand the voucher will be sent via a second email. It has been three working days and I have not received anything, and when I check the status on-line it does not recognize the order number. I have checked my MM account and the points have yet to be deducted.
Does the above sound normal?
