I just booked a flight, JFK-MAD-JFK, and I'm trying to figure out if I can credit to DL or if I should credit to AF/KL. I can't locate the fare class I'm booked in. It didn't show during booking. It's not on the email receipt. There's no way, that I can find, to pull up the reservation on UX's website like one can with DL or KL. I've read that you can do this on Saudia's website, but their site won't load for me right now.
I was able to pull up the reservation on KLM.com and added my SkyMiles number to the reservation, but I can't find the fare class or the fare conditions on their site.
Anyone know how to do this other than calling in?
If your booking was confirmed and then paid , you will be able to se e the booking lcass for each of your flight
Look for a code suc as XCNNMT in the description of each flight in the booking confirmation , the first letter is what you need
