I took the advise above and wrote to both AF and DL. I was once an AF Gold and am still a Silver with FlyingBlue, would think that'd count for something. I still haven't heard back from AF, but I did from DL. I received a phone call from a local 404 number on a Saturday morning from someone who personally apologized for this. She said she had sent this over to the station manager for JFK-T1 for further review and training (not sure if that actually happened or just to make me feel good, but it made me feel good, lol). I also received some miles, which I didn't want/expect. Overall, I'm still a tad surprised AF has ignored this, but I'm willing to move on.

Sidenote, I remember that my first several visits to the lounge I was still FB Gold and was using my gold card for access while working on DL status. I'm curious if I would have had problems if I had used my FB status to gain entry that night? Oh well.
