This seems improbable. If you compare the timestamp of the image in the first post 11:40 to the property's cancellation deadline 18:00, the cancellation could have been submitted 2 hours and 4x minutes late. (To be sure we would need to know the timezone where the image was made, adjust for Daylight Saving Time etc.)
