If this is a cash booking I would ask what is the rush? Why not wait until the return is released?

It is unlikely that anything will sell out at 11 months out. I could understand the approach if booking a reward, but for a cash booking I wouldn't worry about having to book as soon as the flights are released. Flights are not a released until 355 days and this is the same whether online or over the phone. I would just wait until the return flights are released and then book as a return online.
