This is normal, and nothing to worry about. As it is an AY service, BA's website isn't going to handle this, though if you manually enter the details, as you did, it will ping Amadeus and show what it has. But it's not owned BA and so the front end of BA.com isn't complete, you just see the Amadeus ping.
So long as your card is on the booking on AY all should be Ok and the TPs and Avios should show about a week after the relevant flight.
Thanks cws. That's what I was hoping, but given another booking I have direct with Finnair (although a mix of Finnair and Belavia metal) displays both Avios and TPs on the BA website when I load it through the same method, I got concerned! I'll rest easy and submit a claim afterwards if I still have no luck I guess... Cheers.
