Looks like Dillard's still asks for ZIP code when inserting, despite use of a PIN preferring card. Seems kind of a waste to me; while Circle K also does the same, at least they don't ask for PIN (except for debit cards).
Contactless also seems to be disabled entirely now. However, I'm not sure this is a big loss considering that AFAIK, it's never worked properly.
Locally Dillards has not been wanting zip code for Visa purchases but wants it for American Express or store cards... Contactless has been disabled for months now. It only ever worked on American Express.
