IB Express operated flights--two different fares

I am looking at a flight from Madrid to Germany. It's operated by IB Express. If I use the IB Express website to book (Club price), then it's 35 euros cheaper than IB's main website. I know 35 euros isn't much, but I am booking for 5 people and so it adds up.

If I use IB Express' website to book, will I still get IB Avios? If you had the same prior experience, what did you do?
