To highlight what @smallmj said, only some of those particular aircraft are ETOPS certified. Those that were, might be retired, or Rouged, and the upgrades necessary might have been pulled. YHZ-YVR vs YHZ-LHR is not at all a comparable thing, even though they are within 100mi difference.
