If I were comparing prices at Roomkey.com for instance I would not get a fair comparison of actual rates payable, that’s my problem, with Marriott gaining an illegal and unfair competitive advantage. And that’s the precise problem the authorities have with the practice, now if they didn’t charge a cc fee, then there would be no problem in the first place
