Paying the bag fees with an eligible card would have not waived the fees- too late.
Thanks, so you have to use the Explorer card which is what we have to buy the plane fare tickets, thought so. My daughter kept bugging me constantly not wanting to pay baggage fees and surely as members we get free etc, no I told her.

When did this no luggage allowed carried on board stuff start, the small bags you would put over your head?
