You indeed have to climb/step over your seat neighbour in the aisle seat. If you disturb your neighbour depends on how tall you are. I am 1.95 m and can step over the legs of my seat neighbour if she/he is lies on the back. If you are less tall or person sleeps on the side, it is difficult to not disturb your seat neighbour.
