i'll just point out that Peninsula Beverly Hill does flexible check in and check out times for all clients on direct bookings too. Not sure about OTAs
I'd also say, if you have zero'ed in on the Patio Room already, I think you might not wish to be upgraded out of the Patio room into a room with small french balcony
