I believe hotel needs to manually add a 'Bonus Code' for Green Choice onto your folio (similar to the way the old welcome amentity points used to work). So it is probably best to take a few mins and ask for a print out before checking out and make sure the bonus code is present.
For example:
A recent 4-night stay at a HP offering 500 points per night had the Bonus Code 3N on the folio.
A recent 3-night stay at a HP offering 250 points per night had the Bonus Code N2 on the folio.
Wish I had seen this before I checked out on Monday. i did everything I was supposed too at the Hyatt Place Raleigh West, including hanging the tag and confirming with the front desk that I wanted the points. My room was not cleaned but I don't have my points. A check of the folio just now shows the Bonus code area blank.
Only 500 (2 nights) but they add up.
Anyone have a suggestion as to who to reach out to?
