Yeah, no idea but there are definitely fish around it. You don't need coral for fish though, and the pylons and OWBs themselves generally provide some base for fish to appear in.

Also, on dinnners- make sure you have a backup for the wine cellar. In 3 stays and 6 bookings for it I've never once had it go ahead
