Pre-selected the chicken club sandwich for the AUS-MSP & the chicken milanese for the MSP-AMS legs as my choices which both FA's acknowledged and honored.
Delta One menu was still the familiar spring 2019 DO-US-AMS-AM (05/19_v1)

Snack basket containing almonds, cheez-it and Kind bars. Flight leader was pleasant, attentive and professional.

Again a pleasant, professional & efficient crew providing good service and making frequent rounds & providing frequent refills.

Starters; Classic shrimp cocktail, iceberg wedge salad and tomato basil bisque. Long awaited but spotted them for the first time in the wild: passportplum salt-n-pepper shakers

Followed by the pre-selected chicken milanese, and suddenly found myself longing for Texas fried chicken steak with extra gravy

Desserts, the three options, Vanilla Ice Cream Sundae with all the fixings, Raspberry macaron and the selection of fine cheeses.

Skipped the 'Almost there' options (Potato and Gruyére frittata or fruit and nut granola) for extra rest.
