They might have mailed it to us. I think you should call in and ask them how to do this as its somewhat non standard.

It's possible if you had both people on the line, and their accounts are already linked in the banking system (like with a joint checking account), that you might be able to do it verbally.

We did it 8 or 9 years ago and that was the process then.
