FEBO is only utilized on domestic flights, and usually only on single aisle aircraft. If you don't preorder (which you should), ordering is usually done in a loop, starting with the front on the right side and then back up on the left side, but this could vary. Some pursers on intl flights will also offer Diamond Medallions their choice before others.
