Found what I was looking for I think, the gifting of upgrades
Just to be clear...Their is no material benefit to being EP when it comes to upgrades.
Elites can gift upgrades, recipient will have the upgrade processed at Elite level
if the Elite is travelling with them, otherwise at their own level.
As an EP you are not given RU's.
