skipping the last leg of an international flight at IAD?
Hypothetically, if one was to book a trip from AMS-IAD-YYZ, will there be the chance to skip the last leg? is checked baggage an issue (if I recall correctly, you have to re-claim your baggage at the US POE and re-check it again for the connecting flight)?
